6月19日、ネイス（株）はグロース市場への新規上場（上場予定日6月30日）にあたり公開価格を1320円（仮条件1290〜1320円）と決定しました。同社は二つの事業を柱としています。一つはショッピングセンター内に展開する体操教室事業で、直営49店舗とフランチャイズ128店舗の計177店舗を全国に構え、2歳から中学1年生までの子どもの心身の成長を段階的に支援します。月謝（週1回8,900円程度）に加え、加盟店からのロイヤリティが収益源となり、好立地での出店実績が高い参入障壁を築いています。もう一つは発達障害児向けの運動療育施設「ネイスぷらす」を運営する発達支援事業で、運動を通じて未就学児の運動機能や社会適応の向上を支え、児童福祉法に基づく報酬を得ています。子育て・発達支援という社会的ニーズの大きい領域で、教育と福祉の双方にまたがる事業ポートフォリオを構築している点が特徴です。📈
